What Is The Benefit of Using A Design And Build Company?
At its core, the design and build approach is all about streamlining the construction process; when you only have one main contractor who oversees the whole process from start to finish. With this approach, communication issues that can arise from using multiple contractors are avoided and the opportunity for errors and delays greatly reduced.
What Is The Process?

Either use our contact form below or call, text or email us and we can discuss your project and give you an insight into what would be involved to transform your ideas to reality, timescales and roughly how much your project will cost.
If you are already working with a designer:
We are happy to do an install only option and will work with your designer to ensure we have the necessary information for your HOA/ permitting approvals.
If you need a design for your project:
We have an in-house Landscape Architect and Designer team, who can arrange to come to your house in person or do a meeting via online video link to scope out the project.
During this meeting your designer will discuss your project and give you design ideas and pricing guidelines.
Once you have discussed your project in detail and have agreed on the scope of work, your designer will create a layout of the new scheme, either in 2D plan or 3D video - where applicable - and will arrange another meeting to go through the design with you, they will also have pricing for the project as designed with itemized breakdowns for specific items such as patio covers, pools , BBQ Kitchen etc.
The next stage for us is to signed off on your design and get HOA approvals and local city permits (if required). Depending on the HOA and city, this can be a slow process, but we use this time to determine the construction requirements, create a project timeline and source materials.
Once the construction phase begins your assigned Project Manager takes over from the Designer and becomes your daily point of contact. They will oversee the installation of your new yard and ensure the project runs smoothly. At all stages our team works together and your designer will always be on hand for any short notice design changes.

We love variety and the challenge of devising new and individual schemes, and have enjoyed working on numerous projects over the years with themes from Fung Shui, Japanese, Ultra Modern, English Country Garden, Cottage Gardens, Mediterranean Gardens, Contemporary, Xeriscape Yards, Potagers, Vegetable Gardens and Rooftop Patio Gardens etc.
